PASS INDICATORS                                                       

 ‘A’ indicates ‘Matriculation Endorsement’ with all subjects included,

‘B’ indicates ‘Matriculation Endorsement’ with only distinction subjects included,

‘C’ indicates ‘Senior Certificate’ with all subjects included, and

‘D’ indicates ‘Senior Certificate’ with only distinction subjects included

‘E’ indicates ‘Senior Certificate with Endorsement’ with no subjects included, and

‘F’ indicates ‘Senior Certificate’ with no subjects included, and

‘G’ indicates ‘Passed the following subjects’ for private candidates with all subject information included, and

‘H’ indicates ‘Obtained a distinction in the following subjects’ for private candidates with only distinctions subjects included.

 ‘I’ indicates ‘Matriculation Endorsement with Merit’ all subjects included,

‘J’ indicates ‘Matriculation Endorsement with Merit’, only distinction subjects included,

‘K’ indicates ‘Senior Certificate with Merit’, all subjects included,

‘L’ indicates ‘Senior Certificate with Merit’ only distinction subjects included,

‘M’ indicates ‘Senior Certificate with Endorsement and Merit’, no subjects included,

‘N’ indicates ‘Senior Certificate with Merit’, no subjects included and

‘P’ indicates ‘Abet full certificate pass’ all subjects included.

 ‘Q’ indicates ‘Matriculation Endorsement with Distinction all subjects included,

‘R’ indicates ‘Matriculation Endorsement with Distinction, only distinction subjects included,

‘S’ indicates ‘Senior Certificate with Distinction all subjects included, and

‘T’ indicates ‘Senior Certificate with Distinction, only distinction subjects included)

‘U’ indicates ‘Senior Certificate with Endorsement with Distinction no subjects included,

‘V’ indicates ‘Senior Certificate with Distinction no subjects included and

‘Z’ indicates ‘Abet certificate incomplete’ all subjects included.    

This indicator will always show to ‘B’ ‘D’ ‘H’ ’J’ ‘L’ ‘P’ ‘R’ ‘T’ or ‘X’ if the candidate does not have an ID Number. Where the Province bars the release of Subject information, the indicator will be ‘E’ ‘F’ ‘M’ ‘N’ ‘U’ or ‘V’.
