To monitor and evaluate the performance of education delivery at specified levels and areas of the education system.

Functions:

1.Systematically evaluate learner achievement in identified grades annually.

2.Conduct whole school evaluations in identified schools and within an agreed cycle.

3. Develop models for school development/improvement plans.
