PURPOSE: To ensure the development, optimal performance and well being of all employees and the organization as a whole.

FUNCTIONS

1.     To provide organizational development services, including maintenance of the organizational structure,

        staff establishment employment equity and human resource planning.

2.     Ensure optimal development of the potential of all employees through training and development

3.     Ensure a supportive work environment that will improve employee wellness in the workplace.

4.     Administer learnerships and bursaries and provide office support services to the Directorate.
