PURPOSE:
To handle all matters relating to Legal
Services within the department.
FUNCTIONS
1. Advising management on technical issues relating to
Legal Services.
2. Ensure the drafting of legislation as requested.
3. Ensure that all civil and criminal cases are handled.
4. Provide legal opinion to management.
5. Ensure that training relating to legal issues is
provided to management and officials of the department.
